The number of individuals detained in connection with the 28th of June Istanbul airport bombing has reached 30.
17 more individuals have been taken into custody, of which 11 are Russian citizens, reported Turan News Agency.
Those detained are accused of ‘belonging to a terrorist organization.’
Two days early, 13 natives of the North Caucasus and Central Asia were arrested, largely from Dagestan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
The Russian Special Service has not presented evidence that Russian citizens were involved in the bombing.
45 people lost their lives in the June 28th Istanbul airport bombing, and hundreds more were injured.
