Back in June, Emin Milli received a chilling message from Azerbaijani Sports Minister Azad Rahimov. The threatening message upended Milli’s sense of safety in Berlin and caused him to take extra security measures. Visits with the State Office for Criminal Investigations and police meetings now fill Milli’s days.
