“Relations between Turkey and Russia are a separate issue. As you know, we have strategic partnerships with both countries. Therefore, we do not want the deterioration of relations between our two strategic allies and strategic partners. We are in a difficult situation, so we try to build our state policy in a balanced way so that we do not have to choose,” he said.

“The policy of the Azerbaijani President aims to build relationships with each country individually, based on common interests. We try to make sure that Turkey and Russia reconcile, that these countries find common interests and build forward-looking relations without looking back,” the presidential aide added.
