Activist from the Sumqayit district branch of “ReAL” Movement and blogger Rahim Shaliyev was arrested earlier today, ReAL member Elkin Halilov told Meydan TV.
According to Halilov, the activist was detained for his activity as a blogger: “He was taken to the Sumqayit Police Department. He has been accused of disobeying police orders. He will stand before a judge in a few hours. The accusations against Rahim Shaliyev are absurd.
