How the Armenian population left Karabakh
The 44-day war in Karabakh ended on 10 November, after Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia signed a statement ending the fihting. According to the agreement, control of the regions of Aghdam, Kalbajar and Lachin was returned to Azerbaijan. For almost 30 years, only ethnic Armenians had lived there. After the statement was signed, almost all of them left.
In a video report prepared by Meydan TV from the districts of Kalbajar and Lachin, Armenians speak about their unwillingness to live with Azerbaijanis and where and how they see their future.
