Construction Factory No.3 is located in Binagadi district of Baku behind Elite Shopping Center. For over 20 years, the factory has been home to nearly 150 refugee and IDP families. In Soviet times the factory produced ready-mixed concrete. Refugee families were settled there when the factory got shut down. As the concrete walls crumble down, the inhabitants construct newsstand-like cardboard shacks.
