On July 10, new military equipment was delivered to Azerbaijan in accordance with the agreement on military-technical cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia, the official website of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry
reports.
The mortars, missiles and other military equipment delivered to the Baku port are intended for the accurate and extensive destruction of combat assets, engineering structures, manpower and other enemy facilities.
In accordance with the same agreement another batch of ammunition and modern military equipment for various purposes was delivered to Azerbaijan on April 26.
Russia supplies both Armenia and Azerbaijan with military equipment. In October of 2016, Yerevan and Moscow reached a renewed agreement on military cooperation, according to which Armenia receives weaponry and arms.

, Russia then granted Armenia a $200 million loan for the purchase of military products: “Under the terms of the 10-year export loan Armenia will have to pay 10% interest for all purchases, with the rest to be covered by credit.”
