President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Kazakhstan on October 15 to participate in the CIS Council of Heads of State,

reports. The summit will be held in Burabay in Akmola region of Kazakhstan on October 16.
One day earlier on Wednesday, October 14 Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in Astana for a two-day state visit. He is also expected to take part in the summit as well as a session of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council.
