The Penitentiary Service explained it by the rule, according to which meetings with prisoners are allowed every 15 days, while Intigam Aliyev and Rashad Hasanov had already been visited by their relatives before the CPCS arrival.

The CPCS members asked the deputy head of the institution about the conditions, in which Intigam and Rashad are being detained. There are 40 inmates in each room, which is equipped with TV, radio and supplied with printed media. However the prisoners are not supplied with newspapers like Yeni Musavat and Azadlig.
