Gunduz Aghayev presents his newest caricature, Caviar Diplomacy. The term refers to another black, wet and expensive substance exported by Azerbaijan in addition to petroleum: caviar. Caviar Diplomacy is paid lobbying in the United States and in Europe to persuade foreign politicians and diplomats not to criticize Azerbaijan’s record on human rights and to win support for its policies on other important issues, such as Karabakh.
