A 7-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom estate in the Dupont Circle neighborhood is currently on sale for $2.75 million. The owner, Azeri-American Galib Mammad, is a registered agent of the Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy (ADA) and a former executive director of the United States Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce.

Five years ago, Azerbaijan’s state oil company SOCAR bought its own estate near Dupont Circle. The company paid $12 million for the property, even though it had been valued at $9.5 million dollars.
