Over the past few months, 18 automobiles with cargo of Azerbaijani companies have disappeared or have been stolen on the territory of Ukraine.
A 20-ton automobile with a load of medicine and medical equipment of the Azerbaijani company “Epid biomed” was recently hijacked on the territory of Ukraine by unknown individuals. As the general director of the company Surkhay Mustafayev said, the vehicle disappeared together with the driver. The total cost of the cargo is approximately 170,000 euros.
According to Mustafayev, the cargo was being
shipped
from Austria and after entering the territory of Ukraine, the connection with the driver was lost. He stressed that the Ukrainian company Rodnev was responsible for the transportation.
“The cargo of medicines and medical equipment reached Ukraine without a problem. On the territory of Ukraine, the connection with driver Reva Taras disappeared. We turned to a number of official structures of Ukraine, but there is still no result.”
