Residential areas near the frontlines of the conflict in both Azerbaijani- and Armenian-controlled territory have been under fire. Residents in Tartar (controlled by Azerbaijan) and Khankhendi (Stepanakert, controlled by Armenian forces) say they aren't going anywhere.
